We are so proud to announce that Chapman Center scholar Andrew Navarro received a K-State College of Arts and Sciences Benson Award in the spring!"The Benson Award fosters and rewards student contribution to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging on campus. It honors the late Douglas Benson, who was a K-State modern languages professor who advocated tirelessly around diversity topics at the university and beyond."Andrew is a junior in political science with a minor in Spanish, and he was one of the only two Arts and Sciences students that received this $500 award this year!Amazing job, Andrew!
